GiftsHandicraftsIndia believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal Return policy.
Under this policy:
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that :
- the item may be damaged during transit
- or there might be a manufacturing defect
- or that a wrong item is delivered to you.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective, please report the same to our Customer Service team and mail us at email@example.com within 24 hours. And Please send photo of defective items to our mail id. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product and send the picture of item and code of product to our mail id firstname.lastname@example.org. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
To get a replacement an item, email us your Order Number and the reason for replacement along with picture of item which you received. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us.
